护理学院成立于2000年5月，下设行政办公室、学生工作办公室、基础护理教研室、临床护理教研室、中医人文护理教研室和中医人文护理吴霞工作室。十余年来，培养了大批高素质护理专业人才，为上海乃至全国的护理事业发展做出积极贡献。目前本专科全日制学生900余人，本科生规模稳居上海首位，2013年通过上海中医药大学与英国诺森比亚大学合作举办护理专业高等专科教育项目认证。获上海市级教学成果奖2项、上海市级精品课程2门，“十二五”期间主编、副主编教材及论著15本，专业建设水平处于全国中医药院校领先水平，为全国中医药高等教育学会护理教育研究会副理事长单位。
近年来，科研及学科建设不断取得突破。先后获得国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学研究项目、上海市卫生与计划委员会及上海市教育委员会科研项目。.护理学科先后成为国家中医药管理局重点学科、上海市高校一流学科（B类）培育项目。2012年获批中西医结合护理硕士授权点，积极探索中西医结合护理研究生培养模式；2014年获批护理硕士专业学位授权点，护理研究生教育迎来新的发展机遇。
护理学院将始终围绕学校办学定位，医教协同，坚持走国际化办学道路，为服务国家及上海经济社会发展做出新的贡献。
Established in May 2000, the Nursing College consists of the following departments: Administration Office, Student Affair Office, Fundamental Nursing Department, Clinical Nursing Department, TCM Humanistic Nursing Department, and TCM Humanistic Nursing Office for Wu Xia. Over the past decade, the college has cultivated a large number of high-quality nursing professionals, making prominent contribution to the development of nursing in Shanghai and the nation as a whole. Currently, there are nearly 1 thousand fulltime nursing students , boasting the largest student population in all nursing colleges of Shanghai. In 2013, Sino-British three-year nursing program won the accreditation by Shanghai Association for Educational Assessment. The college has won 2 awards of Shanghai Teaching Achievement and developed 2 courses listed as Shanghai Excellent Course by Shanghai Education Committee. The college faculty members have written, edited and co-edited 15 textbooks during Twelfth Five Year Plan period.
